Which Team Squad Plays Tonight An Unbelievable Football?

The Chelsea fans are still curious about the vice-captain. Since Reece James had a knee surgery, there were many alternative players. But Xabi Alonso gave a tip who will captain for Chelsea, during he unavailability of Reece James.

Chelsea affirmed on Friday, Reece James has operated successfully on his knee injury, but, nevertheless he will have been touchlined for almost three months.

Therefore Chelsea will feel Reece’s absence until mid-January, and this situation can lead manager Alonso to make a decision who will wear the captain’s armband.

Chelsea have never openly brought out who will be their vice-captain during Alonso’s short time in command. However Levi Colwill word the armband in the match against Bournemouth in Saturday’s 5-1 win while James wasn’t in squad because of his knee injury.

Alonso has answered at his press conference on Friday about who will be a vice-captain in Chelsea, during the absence of James.

“We have (Moises Caicedo), we have Levi (Colwill), we have players that take that responsibility.” Alonso said.

“They take the role in a perfect way. They have the support from the rest.”

Alonso added: “You can be a good captain without an armband. Once you have it, you have to take that responsibility.”

Chelsea haven’t held onto a goalless draw in the Premier League for over 20 games now, going back to a 2-0 have win against uk/local/hounslow/brentford/">Brentford on 17 January.

The Blues have been scoring plenty of goals this season, so Alonso was asked whether he thinks his team will have to try and defend more solidly and less attacking next season.

” I think it will come,” said Alonso.

” It is no obsession. The obsession is to win and to compete in the best possible way and the clean sheets will come. I’m pretty sure of that.”

“We want to play with good balance, with good control. We will create chances; the attacking power that we have is fantastic. They connect well, they have chemistry.”

Will This Tactic Work Out or Is It A Failure For Chelsea?

I think this kind of tactic can lead to work effectively on squad for Alonso. By replacing these players of the squad as vice-captains, they can gain more experiences in captaining, and this position will get higher their reputation. Additionally, if Alonso make them experienced, he doesn’t have to transfer the new ones from other football clubs, and he can strengthen his team seeing their ability and performances eligible or not. On the other hand he can make them attractive, and provide more collaboration between the players in the squad.Because players’ collaboration is ore important than the position and performances in the team. I think Alonso should focus on collaboration between players. Alonso can’t always create miracles for Chelsea, but if the connection is strong with the team and manager, then the miracles can occur all the time, and it is an inevitable reality.

Football is a teamwork, any manager or player can’t have a personal rivalry in the squad. If football is a team play, and the team wants to feel the support of fans, then both players and manager has to challenge in harmony with the opponents.

Is Moises Caicedo A Good Nominee As A Vice-captain or Are There Any Other Good Options For Chelsea As Well?

Moises Caicedo has been one f the team’s most important and dynamic defensive/ central midfield forces in the center as were informed by Chelsea, but Alonso said that, although such friendly matches give young players experience of top-level matches, this doesn’t mean that a player who features in one match will automatically be selected for the next squad last month.

But when we consider about Everton, he should make a strategic plan. Moises Caicedo is a good option, beside this  I recommend Joao Pedro who can have the forces to rotate the team. But if he has to choose a candidate as a vice-captain, he can prefer Cole Palmer who has been an initial creator for the squad, because a vice-captain should have the mentality as the main captain has.

Cole Palmer is a midfielder and has an option to see the backside of the field and he can coordinate with the defense squad players. Additionally he can make short passes with the forward line and strengthen defensive line of the squad.

As I think another option is Morgen Rogers, as he contributed to attack midfield and forward line, but he can lack of communication with the defense squad in the game, that’s why this is a sub-optimal choice. Whoever will be chosen as a vice-captain by Alonso, he won’t only rotate the ball, coordinate with the players during the whole game. Because we understand captaining term should be orbit in the game and the second manager who directs the whole team as well.
