Micheal Kayode shows himself with his first senior Italy goal on target in a 4 –
1 win over Turkey in the Nations League, but Ji-soo Kim contributes South Korea for the Asian Games Final to turn this dream into real.
Micheal Kayode got on the score sheet on his senior international debut as Italy beat Turkey 4-1 in the Nations League on Monday evening.
The Brentford full-back started in Bursa and scored after 27 minutes, as Roberto Mancini’s side managed to pull off their first win of the campaign.
Kayode had already been involved in Italy’s second goal five minutes earlier, when Davide Frattesi reacted quickest after the Bees defender’s shot was blocked by Altay Bayındır.

The 22-year-old then got his international debut under his belt, when he finished off Pio Esposito’s pass to give the away team a 3-0 lead in the first half.
Kayode played the full 90 minutes as Italy got the victory, with Alessandro Bastoni and Pio Esposito also scoring.
Meanwhile, in the Nations League, Hákon Valdimarsson didn’t let a single goal in as Iceland smashed Luxembourg 3-0.
Andri Guðjohnsen and Orri Óskarsson scored for Iceland before half time. Then Victor Pálsson added another in the second half.
Valdimarsson played the whole game as Iceland kept their opponents to just one goal on target.
As Scotland lost 3-0 to Switzerland at Hampden Park, Aaron Hickey was on the bench but never got on.
Jack Hendry got sent off in the eighth minute, and the Ricardo Rodriguez scored from free kick. Nico Elvedi and Zeki Amdouni got in on the action after the break with some more goals.

The USA Under-19s squad opened their three-match schedule at a Marbella training camp with a 2-0 victory over Wales, with Aidan Stokes playing a part.
